Northern Germany, Austria, France, Japan: Chef Christian Möller mastered the culinary crossover with a light hand and is able to achieve completely new nuances through the particularities of familiar dishes. Very popular: The variations on French oysters and other typical seasonal delights, such as 

asparagus, chanterelles or young herring. Around Christmastime, the guests of the Casse-Croûte swear by Hamburgs most (according to their palettes) delicious goose and duck specialties. Reservations recommended!
